ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

False Inbound activity got created in Siebel

User is facing issue in Siebel.
There is an mailbox configured in Siebel, HRServicesAdministration@bp.com. User is sending mail from outlook to some user and keeps this email address in BCC so every mail should reflect in Siebel. now in Siebel one activity will created. but another same duplicate activity will created but activity comments i.e. body contains below different data. There are multiple type of message coming in email body. this issue happens occasionally but its headache for user.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Send mail from outlook to some user and keeps this email address in BCC so every mail should reflect in Siebel. now in Siebel one activity will created
3. but another same duplicate activity will created but activity comments i.e. body contains below different data. There are multiple type of message coming in email body. this issue happens occasionally
