On : [IP2013] version, CTI

Custom Event Parameter from AIC are not received by Siebel

Customer created some parameters at avaya side while triggering "OnNewWorkItem" and custom event parameter are passed from PBX to AIC then from AIC to Siebel and Siebel is automatically pop up customer information based on event parameter received. From SComm log of agent, the custom event parameter are not received. Meanwhile from IC log (VOX, EDU, ASIS) the parameter are passed and custom parameter has been set up on AICDStrings.txt
