Symptoms

On :  16.12 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

After upgrading the database from IP15 to IP16 PS12 and trying to do the deployment of the data items, errors occur.

When trying to release smart scripts and attach templates,  the following error messages display:
   SBL-UIF-00210: You are not connected to a valid file server.  Please contact your system administrator
   SBL-SRB-00047: Could not route message to FSMSrvr with registered key (null).



STEPS
1. Launch application.
2. Go to Administration - Smartscript > Scripts.
3. Click Release button.
