IP2016: Memory Leak When The Workflow Returns Parameters (Doc ID 2301209.1)

Memory Leak after workflow call when the workflows returns parameters of type Output.
Every time the workflow is called the memory on the Siebel application server where the object manager or the workflow process manager are running [depending on whether the workflow is called using Worklfow Process Manager or Workflow Process Manager (Server Request)] grows until the max. of 2GB is reached and the component crashes

There are two cases when the issue is reproduced:
   1. With Business Service Simulator directly calling the 'ReadXMLHier' method of Business Service 'EAI XML Read from File'
   2. When writing an Output process property inside a WF process - no file is used; a workflow returns a string concatenated with Workflow Utilities business service
