Customer is reporting an issue with Siebel OpenUI IP2015: List applet picklist refocus on the field incorrectly.
Their callcenter users are having an UI issue when using activity picklists. They use the system in a quick way and when they try to focus on the next field through the TAB key the system refocus on the field when picked.
1 - User creates or changes existing activity
2 - Changes a specific field with picklist
3 - Presses tab
4 - The cursor moves to next field but then goes back to the previous field (when the pick is completed)
The user does not wait for the pick event to finish before pressing tab. The browser may take longer to respond, but the user needs to move forward to the next field without going back even if the browser takes a second more to respond.

This works correctly in IP2016.
They have also found that this happens on fields where they have a user prop with a RefreshRecord. This refresh record is needed due to existing logic in the system, they cannot remove the user prop without impact. This is having a huge impact on how their agents use the system, slowing them a lot. This works well in IP2016. So they are looking for a quick fix or configuration as they cannot undertake any IP or patchsets at the moment.
