ERROR WHEN POPULATING DATE FORMAT DD/MMM/YYYY IN THAI LANG APPLICATION (Doc ID 2302581.1)

Error with Siebel Loyalty Partner Product Association in Loyalty Program Configuration

Hi Team,

Our current application is enabled for ENU & THA languages. In THAI application, when we do create a new product (in product master), and associate it with loyalty partner in OOB "LOY Program Partners View" view, then following error comes

 "18/ม.ค./2017 09:27:24": String value that customized cannot display. Please check the format is correct?


REPRODUCIBLE  STEPS
================
1. This behavior is only occuring in the Thia language environment.
2. To test this issue deploy a Thai language Package in the environment
3. The next step is to make chmages to the system date format to DD/MMM/YYYY
4.  To make the date change go to Site Map -> Administration - System
   Application -> System Preference.
5.  Under this view search for the parameter under System Prefrence , Strict
   Date Format. In System Prefrence Value field, enter DD/MMM/YYYY.
6.  After the Date Changes restart the enterpise services
7.  Note that this behavior was reproduce in both Callcenter and Loyalty
     application and any date field.
8.  In call center (Tha) the issue was reproduced using Opportunities Close
    date.
9.  In Loyalty use the Loyalty Program Administration Applet, Start date and
     End Date.
10.  In the Thai application, when you navigate to these views, click on + to
      create a New Record
11.  Click on the date field and populate the Month, Day and hours or minutes
      (if applicable), and click on Done.
12.  Observe that the a pop-up error message is observe.
