ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a transaction is processed and 2 exact products are found in the transaction, the task stops

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a transaction is processed and 2 exact products are found in the transaction, the transaction should be passed over and the task continues

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 products with the exact same name but with different Primary Organization Id's
2. Add the product name to the transaction promotion
3. Process the transaction

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process transactions
