List Management - Promote Prospect (Many) should be working with Sample_XE
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
The issue can be reproduced following the below steps:
Navigate to Site Map > List Management > Lists
Drill Down on name of one of the list that brings to the List Mgmt List Member View
Hold the Ctrl key down and multi-select a couple of prospects from the "Find Contacts and Prospects" list applet
The "Promote Many" button will turn green
Clicking on it does not do anything.
