When attempting to proceed with Gateway configuration, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel Enterprise Components
2. Install Application Interface
3. Database Configuration
4. Gateway Configuration
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the install process of new Siebel version IP2017.
