Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
With Excluded = Y at relationship level inside the customizable product in eConfigurator the product inside the relation type = Product is still visible

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
With Excluded = Y at relationship level inside the customizable product in eConfigurator the product inside the relation type = Product should not visible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Test DSL root product
2. Create 2 relationships
- One has type = Product, name Modem with Max=1, Min=0, Default=0
- Other has type = Dynamic Class, name PRUEBA DSL Equipment with Max=1, Min=0, Default=0
3. Configured Excluded = Y at relationship level inside the customizable product DSL Service
4. Created a promotion Test DSL Promo with 2 Max relationships quantities are modified to 0 inside the promo:
- One has type = Product, name "Modem"
- Other has type = Dynamic Class, name "PRUEBA DSL Equipment"
5. Both are configured with Excluded = Y at relationship level inside the customizable product "Test DSL", but the behavior is different in the eConfigurator:
- the products inside the relation type = Dynamic Class are not displayed. See "PRUEBA DSL Equipment"
- the product inside the relation type = Product is still visible. See "Modem"
