During Disconnect of a Asset, Early Termination Fee (Commitment Charge) Is Not Getting Applied to a Sales Order

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.11.7 [IP2013] version, Order Management

Early Termination Fee product is not getting added in Disconnection order raised in PAT environment.
But the same functionality is working in all the other environments including production. Following is error seen in the logs

ERROR

Error 1 000010ca599a646d:0 2017-08-21 13:18:48 (serviceschedule.cpp (778)) SBL-SFS-00360: Error Text: Invalid Monthly Schedule.
Explanation: All the fields are required in the dynamic form applets for the Monthly By Day or Monthly By Week schedule
Corrective Action: Please go to Administration - Application, then Service Calendar screen to define all the fields for the monthly schedule.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Set-up Commitment charge for a product promotion.
2. Assetize the products.
3. Perform a Disconnect Asset.
4. It is noticed the Termination Fee is not applied.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, termination fees are not getting added to Sales Order which shows incorrect pricing.
