Inbound Email Issue With IMAP On Specific Siebel Server (Doc ID 2305557.1)

Goal

While creating new IMAP communication profile for inbound email processing, IMAP logs shows the following error:

IMAPSMTP[08/21/2017 06:45:19]:DBG:setting JVM parameters for javamail client object
IMAPSMTP[08/21/2017 06:45:19]:DBG:setting connection parameters in the javamail client object
IMAPSMTP[08/21/2017 06:45:19]:ERROR:Cannot create JVM

IMAPSMTP[08/21/2017 06:45:19]:DBG:calling connect on java mail client object

The issue is specific to a affected siebel server. If you change the siebel server in a response group, inbound email functionality works fine.
