Information in this document applies to any platform.
We are triggering SMS service from Siebel. Siebel sends SMS details to Oracle Middleware. Then, Oracle Middleware sends SMS details to third party SMS gateway service.
Now, our third party SMS gateway becomes down for sometime. We are going to implement one solution for re-sending SMS to customers which are failed during first time due to third party down.
Now, Siebel has send all details to Oracle Middleware when service was down. Our question is following now:
Where should we create a process for Resubmission of SMS: Siebel or Oracle Middleware?
