On :  15.14 [IP2015] version, Field Service

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
In Open UI when clicking Service Request Screen from the Site Map it fails to render

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that when the a user click on the service request screen from the site map the screen should render as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation steps:
1. Launch Siebel Call Center Application using Chrome browser (Customer uses only IE 11 and Firefox browsers).
2. Navigate to Sitemap.
3. Drilldown on Administration Communications --> All Templates.
4. Select any Template and in the bottom Applet, click on the "Advanced" selection.
5. Click on Sitemap icon from the Application Toolbar.
6. Now click on All Templates (not from SItemap list of selection) directly from the Side-bar menu.
7. The navigation seems to return to "All Templates", but the fields are not displayed correctly and User gets a busy icon.
8. This remain this way until the browser is refreshed or Siebel Application re-launched.


This is happening in fire-fox and IE with both IE 11 and Firefox browsers.
