On : 17.0 [IP2017] version, Installation
When attempting to access Siebel migration url (https://<hostname:port>/siebel/migration) the following error occurs on the login page after providing the credentials.
ERROR

"Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to siebel migration application login page .
2. Provide the credentials and try to login .
3. You Will find error error "Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege."
