On : 15.9 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Binocular Search

Newly created Find object is not found under the Find dropdown

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Newly created Find object should be visible under the Find dropdown

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Siebel Tools
2. Create a New Find object
3. Add the newly created Find object under the Application Find object
4. Compile the Application and Find objects
5. Observe that the changes are not reflecting in Dedicated Client.
