Need to Implement Star Flag Functionality for New Service Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The following new, out-of-the-box functionality is requested:
A yellow star (ROW_STATUS column) should be visible on the new column on the Service Request (SR) List applet when the SR is created from Partner Manager (PRM).
The star should go away only when the CSR (manager) drills down on the SR.
