Users unable to open .XFDF files inside Siebel application
Siebel version - 8.1.1.10
Recently Adobe reader upgraded to Adobe Reader XI


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to open .xfdf file attachment


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Siebel
2. click on .xfdf file attachment
3. Adobe reader is unable to open them directly

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open .xfdf file attachment directly
