SWE Command and Popup applet (Doc ID 2308671.1)

Symptoms

When opening a popup applet such as Pick Applet or MVG applet, the popup applet goes to non-context state if a SWE command is invoked at the same time. Once it happens, you can not close the popup applet with OK or Cancel button with SBL-UIF-00313 error. So far, the following 2 cases are found:

1. Alarm functionality.

2. CTI event handler.

For the CTI event handler, the following conditions has to be met to see the issue:

(1) No UI operation is involved

(2) Use @InvokeSWECommand to invoke a business service with browser script

(3) In the browser script, call a business service with server script
