Campaign Scheduler Calendar Events Not Visible To Other Users

Symptoms

Customer has discovered a issue that with Calendar events in the Campaign scheduler.  They found that when they create a Calendar event to execute a Campaign that no other users are able to see the activity. 

The issue can be duplicated by completing the following steps:

  1. Login as SADMIN
  2. Create two activities under Programs > Schedule > Calendar by clicking + symbol
  3. Verify those activities displayed in Calendar
  4. Now logout
  5. Login as SIEBEL (Responsibility and Position are Admin same as SADMIN)
  6. Navigate to Programs > Schedule > Calendar
