Campaign Scheduler Calendar Events Not Visible To Other Users (Doc ID 2310064.1)

Symptoms

Customer has discovered a issue that with Calendar events in the Campaign scheduler.  They found that when they create a Calendar event to execute a Campaign that no other users are able to see the activity. 

The issue can be duplicated by completing the following steps:

  1. Create a Campaign as User A (Site Map > Campaign Management)
  2. Create a schedule for the campaign to execute (Site Map > Campaign Management > Schedule)
  3. Save Campaign and log off as User A
  4. Login as User B and navigate to same Campaign. In Open UI the Campaign schedule will not display for User B but in HI the Schedule will show.
