Campaign Scheduler Calendar Events Not Visible To Other Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has discovered a issue that with Calendar events in the Campaign scheduler. They found that when they create a Calendar event to execute a Campaign that no other users are able to see the activity.
The issue can be duplicated by completing the following steps:
- Login as SADMIN
- Create two activities under Programs > Schedule > Calendar by clicking + symbol
- Verify those activities displayed in Calendar
- Now logout
- Login as SIEBEL (Responsibility and Position are Admin same as SADMIN)
- Navigate to Programs > Schedule > Calendar
