Error while discovering siebel server in OEM 12c agent

Symptoms

While discovering siebel server from OEM 12c (12.1.0.5) with Siebel application 8.0.0.12, during the Pre-Check the discovery process failed with message :

 Error in communicating with Agent: atlsblap04i.hughestelematics.net

Below error messages can be found in siebelremotelogging.trc :
