On : 8.2.1 SIA version,
Employee Availability Status Is Not Considered During Activities Assignment.
1.Create Employee in Administration - user - Employees
2.Drill down on the last name and navigate to More Info Detailed view,Set the Availability field value to 'Unavailable'
3.Create Assignment Rule on Activity Assignment Object to assign the activity to the employee created in step 1
4.Release the Assignment Rule ,Activity is assigned to employee even the availability status is set as 'Unavailable'
