Siebel Certificates Import To BIP Using KeyTool Is Failing With Error "Java.lang.Exception: Input not an X.509 certificate" (Doc ID 2314415.1)

Symptoms

1. After enabling https on Siebel side, reports functionality stopped working

2. Then found the document "BI Publisher Reports Failing When WSDL and Web Service End Point Use HTTPS (Doc ID 1326291.1)" which says to import the SSL certificates from the Siebel Web Server(s) need to be imported in the Java         keystore located on the BIP server.

3.  Ran the below Keytool command to import the certificates (which were in .pfx format), but this is failed with the below error
