Mouse Hover Text Displays Password Field Values (Doc ID 2314416.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are able to see the password when they hover on the password field

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Password information should not be displayed while mouse hover on the field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Tools - Change the First name field type as Password for Administration User - Persons list applet.
2. Compile the changes
3. Navigate to Administration User - Persons , place cursor over First name password field
4. Password information displayed in mouse hover text
