Getting Error When Using Modification Key In Integration Component (Doc ID 2314816.1)

When attempting to Invoke the 'EAI Siebel Adapter' business service 'Upsert' Method,
the following error occurs.

Error invoking service 'EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Upsert' at step 'Upsert'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
The record with search specification '[Id] = "XXXXXX"' in business component 'Contact' (integration component 'Contact') has been modified by another user since it was retrieved (as indicated by field 'Updated'). Please requery and redo the update.(SBL-EAI-04290)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Integration Object and define the Mod Id as Modification user key.
2. Import the WSDL into SOAP UI
3. Fill the tags for the Input message
4. Click on Run Button
