On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel IP 2013 - View PR not getting loaded

Customer created a custom View PR , and did associate this to correct view and in Manifest administration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
View PR js should be loaded.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom view pr
2. Associate it to a view
3. Check browser console for messages defined in pr

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set a view pr.
