MVG Field Does Not Always Display Primary ID

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employees Multi-value field value is not saved for a new activity created if the browser is refreshed. After the browser refreshes, the previous value will be displayed instead of primary Id selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Activities -> Activity List
2. Create new activity and save it
3. Change the owner of this activity to another user
4. Refresh the record by pressing Alt+Enter, or F5.
