MVG Field Does Not Always Display Primary ID

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Employees Multi-value field value is not saved for an new activity created if the browser if refreshed. After the browser refresh the previous value will be displayed instead of primary Id selected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Activities -> Activity List
2. Create new activity and save it.
3. Change the owner of this activity to another user.
4. Refresh the record by pressing Alt+Enter, or F5.
