Symptoms

CRM Desktop doesn't synch after upgrade to IP16 and 3.10. The issue appears for first synchronization, it starts ok but it fails on 66% progress.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install CRM Desktop.
2. Provide credentials and initiate synch.
3. Synch fails at 66%.
