While Installing IP17 , When trying to launch SMC with similar URL machine.domain.com:<port>/siebel/smc never completes
Customer performed the steps
1. Installed Siebel ai, gateway, siebsrvr,dbsrvr
2. run db Install
3. launch SMC URL
In one case the smc never completes and another the smc gives invalid username/password
