LOY Accrual Service Simulation Is Not Working For Post Paid Partners

On : 16.10 [IP2016] version, Loyalty
LOY Accrual Service- Simulation is not working.
While we are running the LOY Accrual Service Simulation for Post Partner it is not working as expected. In Central implementation, we will be having Pre & Postpaid partners and only for pre-paid we are planning to have Point Blocks and not for Postpaid
The promotions are not applied. In processing log we can see the statement “Not Satisfy the filter”
The promotions have to be applied for the transaction and the accrual transaction summary information can seen in the output.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to LOY>>Program>>Simulate Transaction Details
2. Click on Simulate New Transaction and Create a new record
3. Provide Program, Type, Sub Type, Member Name, Product Name, Partner Name..etc
4. Click on Simulate button
Note: LOY Partner dont have Point block and PAD defined
