Ability to Get User ID/Login for LDAPUSER (Doc ID 2317421.1)

Goal

SCENARIO
In order to troubleshoot some performance issues on the Siebel DB, one would need to know which user is running a 'bad' query or creating a lock on a record.
Also, because SSO is being used, all users are being shown in SQL Server Activity Monitor as LDAPUSER.

QUESTION
Is there a way(or a tool) we can get a user Id(Login set up on Employees screen) for each LDAPUSER?
