Symptoms
Using Quick Query on date time fields causes error SBL-DAT-00359
It is not possible to query list applets using date time fields in Quick Search form.
Error occurs when you select date time field from the drop down and put the value: > "10/2/2017 12:00:00 AM", when you put just: 10/2/2017 12:00:00 AM it works fine.
Querying directly on the applet also works fine.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Navigate to Opportunity List Applet
3. In quick search select "Start Date" field and search for value:'10/24/2017'
4. Below error is displayed:
