IP2017 - SMC Login Failure

When attempting to login to Siebel Management Console, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Management Console;
2. In Set Up Gateway -Identify Host pop up,enter invalid data. If data entered in this pop-up is not valid, save could not be done.
3. Close browser session without completing configuration process;
4. Try to login again to SMC, above error occurs.
