Error To Cancel Accruals For Members Using The 'Accrual To' Functionality (Doc ID 2318792.1)

On : 8.2.1 SIA[22220] version, Loyalty

When an accrual is cancelled to a member using the 'accrual to' functionality and this accrual was processed before the member was processed (Accrual Member Id and Auto Accrual Start Date fields were defined) the related Redemption Cancelation transaction ends with Success status but with no points redeemed.

Points should be transferred for all transactions when 'accrual to' functionality is used

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an accrual for member 1
2. Create an accrual for member 2
3. Set the accrual to field for member 2 to be member 1
This then means that all accruals for member 2 would be transferred to member1
4. Redeem the accrual from member 2
5. Points are not removed from the parent member

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accrual to functionality does not appear to function correctly
