Upgrade to IP17.1 Fails While Running Encrypt Upgrade Physical - UPGPHYS (Doc ID 2320450.1)

Siebel Core - DB Deployment and Configuration - Version 17.0 [IP2017] to 18.8 [Release V17]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Full Upgrading or running IRM to Siebel IP 17.1.

The same siebel.cfg configuration is required while upgrading to 18.8

 

While running the upgphys phase, it fails as following:
