SBL-DAT-00565 and Session ID Failed error when authenticating Siebel users via OID/OAM

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Security / Authentication

When attempting to access Siebel application with OID LDAP authentication and OAM SSO authentication, the login fails and the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced ONLY in customer environment at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel IP2013 application with OID LDAP authentication and OAM SSO authentication.
2. Point the configuration to an LDAP server and connect
3. Connect and see if there are any errors with the setup.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot connect to the environment with LDAP OID/OAM server and this was causing a setback.
