IIR Fails With "MultiSet failed" and "Verify first key segment failed (wrong seq)" Errors After Records Were Deleted From The Siebel Application

Siebel Universal Customer Master - Version 8.1.1.7 [21238] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.7 [21238] version, Universal Customer Master with IIR 9.0.

The IIR 9.0.1 SP3 version is b eing used and IIR application service is returning some errors.

The following errors were reported:

1. The IIR search console does not work, it is showing the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From IIR search console perform a search

2. No records is returned and errors above is displayed


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot clean/match records.
