Copy Record Applet Menu Item Is Not Always Enabled

Symptoms

In some case, the 'Copy Record' applet menu item is disabled on a customer's applet. The applet has the following Applet User Prop:

Name = CanInvokeMethod: CoptyRecord

Value = [Custom Field] <> 'Y'

In most cases, the above setting works as expected, but in some case, the above setting does not work and 'Copy Record' menu item is disabled even though the [Custom Field] is other than Y.
