Siebel Search (OSES): Receiving SBL-SRH-00180 Error When Performing A Search (Doc ID 2320944.1)

When attempting to perform a search in siebel application after restarting EAI siebel component,
the following error occurs.

An error occurred while executing the Search. (SBL-SRH-00180)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restart EAI siebel component
2. Log into Siebel Application
3. Enter search text in a single field (simplified search field)
4. Execute the search
