SBL-DAT-60260: The Settings In The User Personalization Settings View Will Not Work In Open UI (Doc ID 2323480.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.16 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

We have upgraded from 8.1.1.9 to IP 2016 Patchset 16.17, when we choose the User Preferences > Personalization an error message shown.

We tested with thin client also and vanilla siebel_sia.srf and the error message appears. and tested in all browsers, IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari


ERROR

"The settings in the User Personalization Settings View will not work when the application is being viewed in High Interactivity mode. Contact your system administrator for assistance in viewing the application in Standard Interactivity so the settings can take effect. SBL-DAT-60260"



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SADMIN logs into callcenter_enu.
2. Click on Tools > User Preferences > Personalization or go to Site Map > User Preferences > Personalization, and got the error.
