"Update Counts" On Segment Is Not Updating "Last Count" In Siebel (Doc ID 2323492.1)

"Last Count" field from Campaigns > Design > Segments/Lists is not showing any counts.

It is expected that "Last Count" from Segments/Lists in Campaign shows the last counts executed from OBIEE > Update counts

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Segment in OBIEE that Counts 50 for example

2. Go to Campaigns > Design > Allocation and allocate the Segment to the Campaign

3. Go to Segments/List view

4. Click in "Update Counts" from Campaign > Segments/Lists

5. "Last Count" field is empty.

6. It should be 50.
