In Attachment List Applet, "New File" button is incorrectly ready by JAWS (Doc ID 2325625.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce using standard SRF:

Issue 1:

1)Login to the vanilla app
2) Drilldown on a Case record
3) Navigate to the attachment view
4) Tab through to reach the New File button
5) The New File button would be read by JAWS as "New File Frame: Browse Button".

Ideally JAWS should read "New File Button".

Issue 2:

1)Login to the vanilla app
2) Drilldown on a Case record
3) Navigate to the attachment view
4) Press Insert+Control+B
5) This would open the list containing all the buttons on the entire view.
6) In this list, the New File Button is labeled as 'Browse'.
