Symptoms

In IP17 when navigating to any Attachments view, like 

- Activity Attachment View
- Service Request detail view w/attachments

the following error occurs:

STEPS

  1. Navigate to All Activity List View
  2. Drill-down on an Activity which navigates to Activity Attachment View
  3. The above error is noticed
