Unable To Edit Profile Post Migration installation To IP17

Unable to edit profile post migration to IP17
We have followed below migration steps:
-Remove the existing configuration of Siebel Web Server Extension (SWSE).
-Install the Application Interface as a migration installation on the existing eappweb.
-Install the Siebel Enterprise as a migration installation on the existing ses.
-Validate Siebel Enterprise & Siebel Server status in Siebel Management Console - Their status should be shown as" migrated".
Post this, we have identified that, the SCBroker port is being used by another process. So, in order to change the SCBroker port, when we are trying to edit and save the Siebel server profile, we are getting error that, the profile name is too long and hence, we cant to do any changes to the profile. The name has been automatically assigned by the migration process during upgrade as: IP17Server_usncv549Profile_289.10.2017.17.00.47
Please suggest how can we get this profile changed?
Only letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and underscore (_) are allowed. The length must be between 3 and 32.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. changing SRBroker port or any other parameter on Siebel profile in migration installation not allowing to update
