Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.18 [IP2014] version, Installation

After install Siebel Server 8.1.1.14 on a new Linux Server the following folders and files are missing:
upgrade
search
install
enterprises
help
dbenv.sh


Customer expect to see these folder and files been created in the Siebel Server installation based on Siebel Installation Guide for UNIX > Verifying and Troubleshooting Your Installation > Verifying Installation for Siebel Business Applications > Reviewing the Installation Directories for Siebel Server
