IP17.1 - ESD Web Service Not Sending Data Back To Siebel Marketing Via Web Service

On : 17.1 [IP2017] version, Email Marketing Server

When attempting to run a campaign launch, ESD does not respond to Siebel Marketing. The following error occurs.

2017-11-02 14:43:06,745 [QueueReader-0-callbackQueue] ERROR CallbackProcessor Error in connecting to web service: com.siebel.sem.common.db.DataProcessor$ConnectionFailureException: org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Error Code: SOAP_ERROR Error Message: Error: Inbound SOAP Message - Session Token is missing or invalid or has expired.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an email campaign
2. Load and launch the campaign
3. Email is sent
4. Campaign launch is not updated with the response from ESD

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete campaign launch
