IP17 - OBI Not Showing In Siebel Marketing > Segments View (Doc ID 2326761.1)

On : 17.1 [IP2017] version, Siebel Marketing

When attempting to navigate to the Segments view in Siebel Marketing, the screen is blank

In the browser console, an error stating that mixed content is blocked is seen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using symbolic URL, embed OBI in to the Siebel application via Application - Integration > WI Symbolic URL List > Host Administration
2. Set the Email Marketing server to the OBI URL using : Administration - Marketing --> Server > "Default Analytics Web Server"
3. In the UI, navigate to Siebel > Segments
4. The page opens and a blank screen is shows
5. The browser console error shows.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open or design segments in Siebel
