Parent applet goes blank when moving between records when the child applet has an iFrame

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the view with the child applet displaying in symbolic url/iFrame
2. Click Next Record in the parent applet to moving between records
3. When the toggle applet is triggered on the parent applet, the Parent applet goes blank when
