In IP 2016 OpenUI Sporadically SWSE Log Files Shows Error Message "CTI request coming in without a user session" In A Very High Pace

Symptoms

After upgrade from Siebel IP 2015 PatchSet 3 High Interactivity mode to SIebel IP 2016 Patch Set 12 OpenUI mode the Siebel users are observing slow performance of the application taking several minutes to login and sometimes several minutes to navigate between screen. The Siebel users close the browser and clean the cache and try to relogin to recover.

The SWSE log files also are increasing fasting reaching up to 7 to 10 GB and high CPU/Memory usage on Siebel Web Servers machines.

When opening the Siebel Web Server Extension (SWSE) log files on the Web Server thousand of message below can be observed:




The issue can NOT be reproduced at will.
