Generation Of The First BIP Report Is Slow. (Doc ID 2328420.1)

Symptoms

When a BI Publisher report is generated from Siebel Web Client using XMLPReportServer component, the first report takes extra time to generate. Although overall performance is affected by various conditions, the first report may take extra 20 seconds to couple of minuteｓ comparing to the second and later reports. Due to this issue, the flow of web client operation can be affected.
